He has worked with Bobby Carcassés, Chucho Valdés, Cesaria Evora, Brian Lynch, Steve Turre, Orlando Poleo and Alaín Pérez and Afro Cuban All Stars among others. Maraca has his own projects such as the Camerata Cortés inherited from Gran Maestro José Luis Cortés and Maraca & his Latin Jazz All stars.
